I applied through other source. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Edward Jones (Northeast, NY) in June 2014
Interview
As discussed in other posts, the process is about 8 steps. Application, phone interview, 1 on 1 interview, business plan, recruiter interview, background check, and the infamous Virtual "Day-in-the-Life" Assessment where they give you 8-hours of work to do in 4-hours with actors who throw all kinds of BS at you. After all that, the recruiter and/or talent acquisition guys didn't even call me to give feedback. I just got a VM message from my EJ FA expressing disappointment that there would be no offer. WTF?
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
During the assessment -- cold calling and being put on 'hold' indefinitely, having a transactional problem and not knowing the policy to handle it, a flighty, fruit-loop administrator, super slow moving platform for email, calendar, documents, etc.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Edward Jones (Orlando, FL) in July 2024
Interview
The process takes about 1 to 2 months. It starts off with a call from the recruiter and then advances to in person interviews. It’s a very detailed process with instructions along the way.
10 step progressive process teaching you about the role and orienting you every step of the way ending with a realistic immersive simulation. Extraordinary emphasis on culture and community that is very appealing.

Question 1

I applied online. I interviewed at Edward Jones in Oct 2022
Interview
The first interview is a digital interview. The next would be in person interview with the head of the office. They will also make you write a mock business plan.
