Difficult but worth it. Long process that took weeks to complete along with not just questions and answers but put in scenarios to see what it would be like working with them.

The process takes about 1 to 2 months. It starts off with a call from the recruiter and then advances to in person interviews. It’s a very detailed process with instructions along the way.
10 step progressive process teaching you about the role and orienting you every step of the way ending with a realistic immersive simulation. Extraordinary emphasis on culture and community that is very appealing.

Interview
The first interview is a digital interview. The next would be in person interview with the head of the office. They will also make you write a mock business plan.
