I completed an online On Demand interview which consisted of about 8-10 questions. Some were just acknowledging the possible shift days/hours, some were about customer service experience. I was then emailed by a recruiter to start the background/drug screening process.

How would you handle an irate customer calling in?
I completed a recorded On-Demand interview which was about 9-10 questions. Some q’s were just agreeing to the shifts available, agreeing you had correct understanding of the demands, some were about customer service experience.
