Interview
I applied via CareerBuilder. Received a call from a recruiter, who set up a phone interview. Phone interview was standard skills review and salary expectations. I was next contacted directly by the Financial Advisor and met with him for an approximately 90 minute interview. Lots of behavioral questions - what did you do when this happened, how do you deal with this kind of situation, etc. Finally had a phone follow-up review, after which the FA offered me the position.
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

Interview
The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
