After applied the job on the company website, 1: Recruiter's 15 mins phone call 2: On-demand video with 5 questions 3: Another call from a senior recruiter 4: Provide a 10-year employment history 5: In-person interview (plenty of behavioural questions) 6: Online assessment (similar to personality test) 7: wait till they contact you back

Question 1
Q1: Describe a scenario in which you helped a client with a challenging need or difficult situation. What were the details of the situation, the action you took to help this person, and the outcome? Q2: Describe a time you made an error or mistake in your work. Please explain what you did to correct it and reduce the likelihood of it happening again. Q3: Please tell me about a time when you came up with an idea to enhance a process to help yourself, your team, or your department improve performance. What were the details of your idea, how did you advocate for the change and what was the outcome?
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
