Interview process was redundant with 4 interviews before the final step which is a 4 hour simulation. A lot of non-value added activity. People are generally pleasant. After listening to the dialog about how hard it is to make it I was wondering why I was there. If you want that kind of challenge join the Marines, not Edward Jones.

The process takes about 1 to 2 months. It starts off with a call from the recruiter and then advances to in person interviews. It’s a very detailed process with instructions along the way.
10 step progressive process teaching you about the role and orienting you every step of the way ending with a realistic immersive simulation. Extraordinary emphasis on culture and community that is very appealing.
