I only got to the phone interview. The interview last for 30 minutes. We first discussed about my resume and past experience, the we moved onto the behavioural type question. As mentioned by others, you should prepare a story. They would also ask you about your salary expectation, customer service experience etc.

I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
