First you have to complete a video interview before you can even speak to a person. That should have been a red flag for me. I was selected to move forward for an interview in which I felt the interviewer already knew the candidate she wanted to hire before our interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Edward Jones (Columbus, OH) in June 2011

It was a telephone interview. Home office is in MO. I felt like it would have been more beneficial if it was either a Skype interview or an in person interview.
