I applied online. I interviewed at Edward Jones (Denver, CO)
Interview
After my application, I was contacted within a few days to complete a more virtual interview. This virtual interview was me recording answers to general questions in front of a camera. I was advised that the recruiter would review the answers, and if I was a good fit, I would hear about the next steps. About 48 hours after my video answers were submitted, the recruiter contacted me to go over salaries, my background, locations option, and details specific to the branch I was hoping to work at. From that point I was asked to fill out a 10 year history and financial background information form. I was told once that was reviewed I would be contacted by the Financial Advisor to set up a face to face interview. That face to face interview was scheduled and completed about a week later. After my face to face I was asked to complete an online personality assessment. The assessment was completed a few days later and then about a week from my face to face interview I received an offer from the recruiter. My advice is the more personable, descriptive and understanding you can be the better off you will do in the interview process.
I am interviewing with them and so far so good. I did 5 steps and now I am waiting to see if I get an offer or not. It was very difficult but they were very nice during the interviews.
Digital interview first, if you advance, then a screening call from the recruiter. If you advance, then you meet the recruiter/ FA over Zoom. They see if you'd be a good fit at the office by asking situational questions.

Interview
The on demand interview and the phone interview with the recruiter were easy to complete. I'm looking forward to the Zoom interview and the next steps in the interview process.
