it was easy at all and had 3rounds of interviews. didn't ask technical questions just asked about my experiences, based on my resume. and no live coding tests. online coding test included
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Edward Jones (New York, NY)
Interview
I submitted my resume and application and was contacted within days to complete a video introduction and answer one question related to my experience in the field. I waited almost two weeks to follow up with the HR recruiter regarding my introduction and to ask for next steps and never heard back. Poor recruiting practices.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Edward Jones in Aug 2021
Interview
Very rude unhelpful recruiter. Applied on their website, then moved on to a recorded screening interview (one attempt videos), after successful completion of that they said I needed to complete the "Formal Application" to maybe move on to a possible face-to-face interview.
The "Formal Application" required 10 years salary. Which is not technically illegal in my state, but come on. Determine your applicants value based on the position, experience, and education. Required more questions than an FBI application, to which a good majority felt invasive and borderline illegal.
I completed the process but am really questioning if I want a future with Edward Jones
