Fairly easy-going and welcoming from the start, coordinating a time to meet was quick and seamless. I was able to connect with someone right away. As a growing startup, the environment felt loose, casual, and refreshingly flexible, which made the experience comfortable and approachable.

I was contacted via LinkedIn and had a conversation with the directors and owner of the company. They asked me some questions about Customer Support KPIs and my experience. They also shared about the job description and expectations and future of the company. Edward Martin has a lot of amazing prospects of being the next big name in the home design industry!
