1st round interview was very professional interview, and focused on more personal background questions, for example, your interest in this entry level position, what's your goal, your personality... etc. 2nd round interview was more about the onsite field demonstration. One of the recruiter showed me the exactly what they do the campaign, and followed up with some questions related to your feelings and thoughts about the campaign.
