I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Efunity (Singapore) in July 2024
Interview
Interviewed online with the director of engineering, at 9 pm evening. The overall interview experience was terrible. The interviewer showed no respect at all and was harsh with the use of words, made biased comments and continued to press on with questions irrelevant to the job scope.
When it comes to web technologies, the interviewer showed not much expertise nor interest in the field. Questions were mostly regarding SCRUM, Jira, and AWS. Although I was expecting questions that are more relevant to the job description.
Did mention the tech stacks I am familiar with, but the interviewer fobbed me off and press on to questions with SCRUM, and the next 20 minutes dialog was all about SCRUM.
Beyond that, were also discussing the leadership role while I just had two years of experience in the company. Felt like the interviewer didn't pay much attention to my resume and background.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Efunity in Sept 2024
Interview
The interviewer starts by saying there is a lot of people to interview. yeah sure, puts an interview late in the evening. only one showed up and the other was late when there was 3 person on the roster. No respect at all for the candidate, so good luck for those who apply for a place in this company. Night time on a friday evening still interviewing people, shows bad work culture.
when they tell me they need 2-3 rounds of interviews, I'm literally eye-rolling in my mind.
