6 interviews total. 3 final rush interviews all in the same day. Had to really work hard to make that work with my current work schedule. All interviewers asked me the same questions, they could have had 1-2 group interviews. Met with team members and leadership. I was told I would hear back and never did until I reached out for a second time. I was immediately replied to with a message that they decided to change the job description to fit a lower qualified candidate but would keep me in mind for anything in the future. How are you going to put someone through all of that work for interviews and not even have the decency to pick up the phone to deliver the news or even send it on your own. It took me reaching out. Glad I wasn’t offered the job in the end.
