There aren't many cons, except their Hybrid policy without the necessary infrastructure to support it

Employees with 10–15 years at the company may see only one or two promotions across that entire tenure. If upward mobility is a priority, this environment will feel limiting. - Execution and implementation of new initiatives move slowly, making it hard to see the impact of your work in a reasonable timeframe.
