They called for an interview after I sent the CV, I asked about the job description but I got no reply. When I went to the interview they said that my previous experience doesn't match the job and they need people with past experience as the same title. It was pretty clear from the CV that I didn't work as a field coordinator before so why did they call me for an interview? They didn't even ask me about anything during, just introduced myself and then they said no not enough experience
