Einride Full Stack Engineer interview questions

An absolute ridiculous way of treating candidates. After applying, I got a personal message from recruiter. He says he liked my CV and thinks I'm a good match. Asks me to do an online personality test and a logic test and says we will talk next year after Christmas/New Years holidays. I proceed to do the tests. Got a good score in the logical test. Next day I get an automated rejection from their system. If this is how they discard candidates, then they don't strike me as very bright people. Also, if you entered on a personal communication line with the candidate, rejecting through an automated message is a really disrespectful way of treating people. Nobody wants to work for a company that has such values. I dodged a cannon bullet with this one
