Interview
HR interview was organized and concise. Set-up additional team interviews. Second round of interviews were OK. Both people were nice but the line of questioning didn’t align so much with what I thought the job responsibilities would be and they didn’t ask how I’d succeed in the role. They focused on company values which are important but didn’t focus on the role I was I interviewing for.

Interview
Process wasn't difficult but it was extremely lengthy and took several weeks to get through. The people I spoke with were all nice and friendly and the questions were relatively easy to answer based on prior experience.

Interview
I applied via email and got emailed back about a phone interview. The phone interview was no longer than 30 min, asking the basics about my background and experience. They told me about the role and their expectations. They were upfront about the salary. At the end, they invited me to meet the team. Again, pretty standard interview, I went into more detail about my expertise and how I’d be a great asset. They asked standard questions for writers and social media marketers. Since their Director of Marketing wasn’t there, I had to have a phone call with him the next day. They said to give them about a week or two for the response. Since it went over a week a little, I emailed them for a follow up and unfortunately did not get the position. They are very friendly and a great team.
