Pros
An incredible assembly of intelligent, talented, and motivated individuals forms a team with a synergy that is notably absent in most companies. Each member holds themselves accountable for creating a high-quality product, which is truly refreshing. "Transparency, communication, and collaboration" not only define our approach to clients but are also deeply ingrained within the core leadership and all internal operations. Numerous career paths and opportunities are available for individuals at every stage, regardless of whether they aspire to be managers.
Cons
None - I see some older reviews criticizing project management and role clarity. I know the company has made a significant effort in improving, documenting and communicating solutions. I don't think these issues exist now, but the processes always continue to evolve and improve.
