Interview
Sent two young professionals to interview me at a university campus - both were very unorganized. Talked over each other. they were nice, just not very appealing to a prospective employee. Didn't know much about the company.

Question 1
How do you see yourself fitting in with our company?
I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Electrolux
Interview
great process, went to a networking session the night before and had an interview the next day. They wanted to get to know you as a person and what you've accomplished and are passionate about. They didn't drill you with behavioral/situational questions the whole time which was nice. Seemed to care about the candidates. Overall great experience

Question 1
Asked questions about leadership experience on my resume
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Electrolux (Charlotte, NC) in July 2010
Interview
The company has recently relocated to Charlotte. I flew into Augusta (former hq) for my interview only to discover the people I was to meet with were in Charlotte relocating that day. So I went all the way Augusta for what amounted to a phone interview I could have done from my own home. I was then invited to the Charlotte HQ where I was left in a conference room most of the afternoon as people filtered in and out. Was told I was over qualified for the role but they definetley wanted to bring me back to speak to more people for another role. 3 days later, retained in house recuiter (Cornerstone RPO..be wary) called to inform me they would not be bringing me back. All of this would have been fine, had the company been profesional enough to provide actual feedback. Run, don't walk away from this compnay.
