It was very simple. They just wanted to make sure goals aligned and what my coaching style was. They made sure they I had at least 3 days available to work that totaled 25 hours. Everyone was very nice and it was in person.
I was just put through a course to make sure I knew how to handle being a gymnastics teacher, making sure I could handle kids being too scared or not confident enough.
