I applied for a recruiting role via Indeed then I was contacted a week later for first interview the following week. It was a very fast process. I was told that if moving forward, there would be then two more interviews following the first interview.
The interview was good--the person interviewing me was very personable and friendly. She asked me questions related to the role, we chatted about the company and we had a good repertoire.
At the end of the interview, she asked me for my availability next week and if I had questions. I asked my questions and we chatted more about the culture, where this job could lead, where the company is headed, timeline for hiring and daily life at the role. I thought I was a good fit, the company was a good fit for me and the interview went very well.
Hours later, I got a generic form rejection email. I was crushed. I asked for feedback since I was unemployed and I didn't get any feedback. Oh well--wasn't meant to be. Would have been a cool company to work for--seemed like a really great place with nice colleagues.
