-Nearly all of the perks that made the company worth working for have been taken away in the last few years. -Owned and managed by a massive PE firm, and it's managed and run accordingly. -Multiple rounds of RIF's in the last couple of years...nobody feels safe in their job.

Cool company turned stiff, fake cool, corporate. Changing strategies over the last few years with no plan. Many of the rad people who love skiing and the industry have been pushed out or left, and now multiple rounds of layoffs in the last year. Hard to follow direction, very little collaboration, pay is abysmal.
