Quick and speedy process. They tell you a lot about where the company is and where they want to be. They explain what your daily work load will be and what to expect when the cusotmers come in or call in.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How many years of customer service do you have? How much do you know about our company.

Interview
Met in Paradise Cafe (a bit too casual for the nature of the job I thought I was interviewing for). I met with a current sales manager and the owner?/President of Sales. They were great guys but it seemed like a bait and switch. But that was most likely a result of the bad information I was given in regards to what the job actually was. I thought it was for an in-office sales manager position building out teams of experienced sales reps, involving aspects of training, on boarding and payroll, with occasional travel to other regions. The job was actually a "go knock some doors and when you get some sales we can transition you into management (where you will still be knocking doors)". This old dog isn't about to start knocking doors and I told them pretty quickly my disinterest and thanked them for their time. I recently heard from some of their former sales guys that both of these gentlemen I interviewed with are no longer with the company. I consider it a blessing I did not accept this "sales management" position as it seems that professional salesmanship is not a priority, in both the daily sales philosophy and organization's structure.

Interview
I applied online and two days later received a call to schedule an interview. The first interview was a face to face pre-screen by admin which could of been done over the phone. A few days later, I received a call for a second face to face group interview and it was scheduled just a few days out. They are also hiring for a 1099 position which they let me know about during the second interview. (Bait and switch? IDK, I couldn't really tell for sure)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What would you be the most interested in the salaried position or the 1099 position?
