I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Boston, MA)
Interview
Lengthy, but the interview was also conducted over the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday periods. This may have contributed to the overall length of the process. All behavioral based interview questions.

Question 1
How I would handle someone that others had labeled difficult.
Standard interview process - screening interview, followed by hiring manager interview, and then individual panel interviews.
The recruiter was not very reliable. I had to reach out to her several times to ask about my status considering weeks had passed since a previous interview. I was overall disappointed. One interviewer asked why I had jumped around a lot, when it was very clear by my resume that I had longevity with three companies. The interviewer said they like to hire employees who want to become part of the Eli Lilly "family", not people who want to leave after a few years.
I had ranked Eli Lilly quite high in my job search. My overall impression is that the company is highly conservative and potentially limited in their thinking.
