Two “interviews”, one screen and then one real interview. Everyone was so supportive and excited about their roles, my potential in the company, and they were extremely transparent about what to expect throughout the process and once I got hired.

Question 1
They use the STAR model of interviewing, so know your resume backwards and forwards. They’ll ask you questions about situations you’ve been in in the past to gauge how you think, work through issues, and handle pressure.

Interview
Phone screen with a Recruiter. Then a formal discussion with 2 District Managers. All of their questions are related to their core values. Answer in STAR format as best as you can.
