The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company in Dec 2011
Interview
The phone interview was very impersonal and quick. The face to face was with two gentlemen who were only concerned with my college transcripts, and I graduated college in 2007. I feel that they could have put more emphasis on my previous work experience. Not a great experience overall.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Raleigh, NC) in Feb 2025
Interview
This was one of the hardest interview processes I have ever gone through. There are many rounds to the interview, and they use the “STAR” process (you can look this up). If you are interviewing for this company, it’s imperative to study this process so you know how to answer questions correctly. I made it through to the final round of interviews (it was between myself and one other person). In the end, they went with someone more familiar with the territory.
