The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (San Diego, CA) in Feb 2012
Interview
Company recruiter schedules a phone interview with me, she changed it 1 hr before the time of interview to the next day, it was not convenient for me since I had another appointment that day. Anyway she called me the next day and asks vey general qs, and told me I have to submitted another online application, print, sing and scan it then send back to her .it took forever. I did not hear back from her and when I send her a follow up email she apparently did not like it.
Anyway I have not heard back from them, although I do get automatic emails that you have not been selected

Interview
It was good, I will say I wish I had more time to answer questions, but the interviewers were great people and patient. Something I would recommend is to be ready to answer interesting biological questions
I applied online. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Indianapolis, IN) in May 2024
Interview
Intermediate, situational/scenario type questions. I thought I did pretty well but ended up not getting the job. Indy was pretty boring, not much to do there but the campus and research is solid!
