This interview was set up through my university. There was an initial one hour-long behavioral interview with two interviewers, followed up by a shorter, 30-minute phone interview. The behavioral was a typical one, with questions about my experiences, how I worked in teams, ethical questions, a time I failed, etc. Make sure you're able to answer why pharma, why Lilly, and why Indianapolis.
