I applied online for the role and received an email within a few days to setup a phone screening with an internal recruiter for the company. The phone conversation was informal, we discussed the role being offered and I was asked about my experience and my availability for the role. I thought it had gone well and was told I would hear back soon about having an in-person interview. However, I never heard back from the company and it's been 7 months! I followed up with emails and never received any response. I believe the role was for an entirely new team that was being set up in Cork so I was expecting the process to take a bit longer but I at least expect a response after an interview. It is very unprofessional to not receive feedback or any contact after an interview, especially after I followed up. I would be very hesitant to apply for Eli Lilly in the future.
