I had three individuals on the call: the EHS recruitment in the department/hiring mentor, an individual from corporate EHS, and a representative from HR. The interview was on the phone and was very thorough. The interview lasted 1 hr and 20 minutes, which I actually appreciated because I got the opportunity to really explain my skills and background. Primarily behavioral based questions with a few slightly technical questions about my experience sampling and implementing hazard communication.
