Question 1
Tell me about a time that you faced a challenge and how did you overcome it?
I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Indianapolis, IN) in Jan 2024
Interview
Completely Behavioral. There was only one round of interview and results were informed within a week. We were called on campus for a visit after the company made the offer.
The interview process was easy for me. Through networking and use of connections, I landed an interview and got the opportunity/offer the very next day. Behavioral question tying past experiences with the work of Lilly is the best way to prepare for their questions.
