I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company in Nov 2009
Interview
Eli Lilly Japan recruits through the Boston Career Forum. The interview was with two executives, one in marketing and another in finance. Most of it is behavioural and asking about why you want to work with the company and what experience you have. They made it seem like experience in healthcare was not essential because their training program is extensive.

Interview
It was a 2-1 interview. It felt not super natural. I felt that as soon as I gave an answer I was given another question with not much feedback on how I responded.
It was fun and waiting times was short enough. Didn’t feel like i am in an interview classic behavioral questions try to answer with star technique and use real scenarios not hypothetical situations
