I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Bengaluru) in June 2021
Interview
I was asked to provide and complete an assingment related to Data Science - Time Series Forecasting in R. (Though not having any experience in R, i asked if i could do in Python, for which they said yes)
After 30 days, they asked again to do it in R, for which i learned R in 2-3 days and did the project. The Metric SMAPE was very good for both Python/R.
I was selected for the 2nd technical round, in which i was rejected due to the interviewer felt that i was using more Auto ML tools on my past exp. (I dont know when he felt)
