Applied online via job posting. Phone screen followed with a 20-minute presentation required on past research. Following phone interview, was invited on site for a full day interview, which involved a 1-hour research seminar, and approximately 6 separate group interview sessions lasting 1 hour each. Received offer 2 weeks after on-site interview.
