However, no offer forthcoming. They are looking for a very specific person and I just wasn't that right person unfortunately. Had detailed feedback from HR, which was good. He mentioned development points to build on for reapplying to the Full-Time role. I networked more with the team and built a really good Cover Letter/CV to show development on those initial points. However wasn't offered an interview for the FT Role.
