I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Indianapolis, IN) in Oct 2015
Interview
I applied online and within two weeks received another email that I had been selected to interview. The recruiters then came to my campus for the interview. They also had a meet and greet the night before at a local bed and breakfast. All questions were situation based, so make sure you have about 10 good examples to pull from! Also, if Eli Lilly recruiters are going on campus visits make sure you meet with them multiple times. I ended up interviewing with the same woman I met with 3 times before at career fairs over the past year.

Interview
I interviewed many rounds and towards the end was told they weren't moving forward with me which came as a big surprise based on how past communication had gone. I asked if they could give me insight as to why they weren't moving forward but they refused due to policy. Was a pretty disappointing experience.

Interview
It was pretty straightforward and simple. They're really looking to see if you're a good fir for the company, willing to learn and have a positive attitude. There were no technical questions but they ask why you're interested in the role you're applying in general before they place you in a specific team.

Behavioral Type Interview questions. Keep what you say aligned with the company values and mission. In addition, I would say just be yourself and be confident. They want to hire people who care about making an impact.
