I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company
Interview
I applied online. A few weeks later, the hiring manager reached out to me directly and asked for my availability. I replied with my availability shortly after receiving the email. I didn't get a reply for two days, so I followed up with the hiring manager, who responded this time and made time the next day.
That day, the hiring manager completely missed the interview and I followed uo with the hiring manager again, who then scheduled time later in the day, but only enough time to discuss my experience and no time for me to ask any questions.
The hiring manager concluded the interview that I would get an opportunity to speak with them again where I could learn more about the position and ask any questions I had. I waited a few days later and heard nothing, and followed up again. The next day, I received a generic auto rejection via workday.

Question 1
I mainly walked the hiring manager through my resume.
Quick phone interview asking general questions, followed by technical interview and a 3rd STAR format interview face to face. Long process, often long wait times between interviews and again before an offer.
waited 2 weeks for the hiring manager screen, scheduled the call and we talked about my resume. Waited another two weeks and then got an email to schedule the next steps with the team,
I’ve had four interviews with Eli Lilly over the past four months for different positions at their Boston location. Each time, I advanced all the way to the panel interview stage, only to be rejected without meaningful feedback. It’s frustrating and disheartening, I’m unsure why I was shortlisted multiple times if I wasn’t a strong fit. It feels like they’re not genuinely trying to hire, which wastes candidates' time and energy.

Question 1
Technical question and standard question. Not any surprising question that you may not expect.
