The interview is question-based. They asked many questions regarding assumptions for a model and evaluation of the model, including survival and longitudinal models. Also, basic statistical tests and categorical analysis knowledge is required.

The technical and HR round was the same, in the first 30 mins they asked technical questions and rest 10 mins they asked HR questions like what is your long term career goals or end goal in life

Interview was scheduled after one week of application through LinkedIn for Bangalore location and the first round of interview for technical skills like ADaM and SDTM. Got some wierd questions from interviewer and they never ask you questions to check your domain knowledge but to test whether you know the answers for what they knew.
