Initial phone screen to get a feel by HR
IF passed, you go to finance team for phone scree
Then finance managers will come back and decide if to bring you in
4-6 hour interviews with several team members
Behavioral interview
Lunch with team members
Follow up after is not always right away..can take awhile

Name a time you installed a process improvement and how did you drive this improvement?
What are the accounting transactions for buying a building?
Firstly general questions with HR, then more technical ones with both Finance Manager and Head of Finance, overall OK. Negative point as no feedback has been received after the interview
The interviewers are super nice and professional. It was behavioral with some Accounting knowledge thrown in. I loved their culture, company and values. I did not take the offer but they are a great company to interview with.
