1. Less than 10 minute phone call about basic info and willingness to learn and be motivated 2. Zoom call with manager ~ 20 minutes; the notes are then sent out to a team that the interviewer thinks you will fit best 3. In person interview with two people from a team -- they choose if they want you on their team or not

The hiring manager was nice and easy to talk to. Andrew was interesting, friendly, and was motivated to talk about the position and advancement. The interview time was late, but that wasn't his fault.
