I received a call to review my resume then I was scheduled for a Zoom meeting/pre-screening - the interview was a group interview, very friendly, and very organized. They director told us a little about the values of the company and the needs for this role.

Interview
This business is always hiring people, so the office is quite crowded. The first round of the interview asks a few questions, your interviewer will dump a lot of information on you that is crucial. Bring paper and pen.
The 'second round' interview questions happen the same day with a different person. They ask you the same questions as the first interview and offer you a job if you still seem interested.
