It was mostly based on me demonstrating my project experience in the industry, how I collaborate across board with the project team and the mindset towards project delivery. I also answered situational questions from past project experiences using the STAR method.
The interview process was efficient and thorough and fair. I was impressed with how efficient the team was. More companies should try to be like this. I don't think I have had a better interview process.

Interview process was long and slow. There were multiple rounds with different team members each time. Be prepared to sell yourself and your skills, and to explain your work experiences.
