Had three interviews in total. The first was with the hiring manager over Google meet. The second was with leadership members in person. The third was with some team members over a virtual call. This was nice as I got to get a sense of how they liked working at the company.

Round 1: HR asked me to fill a sheet of 7 questions - take 2 hours effort
Round 2: HR screening in 15 minh
Round 3: Interview with Hiring Manager - 30 mins
Round 4: Interview with team members in the Marketing team - 60 mins
Round 5: Do the assignment, takes 8 hours effort
Round 6: Interview with CEO Emurgo Academy - 60 mins
Round 7: Interview again with Hiring Manager
Round 8: Reference check (3 people)
Throughout the process, I am the only candidate (they many times confirmed)
Finally after all rounds, they told interviewing more people and proceed with another more suitable candidates
Total process takes around 2.5 months totally, and cost my efforts so much
Only apply if you have a lot of time which has no idea how to waste

The overall process was characterized by disorganization with weeks passing without updates. Hopefully they can take steps to improve their processes, ensuring better communication, transparency, and organization for future candidates.
At the outset, the process seemed promising with statements like "We hire fast" and "Recruiters should understand the job seekers' perspective." However, it quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal that lasted for approximately two months.
Throughout this period, there was a clear lack of timely communication. Moreover, there were numerous unexpected requirements imposed during the process, including Q&A sessions and additional assessments.
