After your resume gets reviewed, you get invited to fulfill a recorded interview with about 4 questions. They’re very typical behavioral/getting to know you questions such as what you could contribute to the team, a time you failed, etc. After this, if selected there is an in person or live video call interview with a couple of people. One will be taking notes on your answers. I think the interview style and questions vary depending on who is doing the interview and for what position (early careers vs experienced professionals). For me, there were about 8-10 questions most of which were behavioral and similar to the video recording ones.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you were working on a project and something went wrong in the middle of it? What did you do to resolve it and move forward?
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Enbridge (Toronto, ON)
Interview
Very easy going, interviewed by two people (both were managers on the team I would work with). Mix of behavioral and technical questions. Be sure to know 4 core values of Enbridge and have examples on hand of when you demonstrated them.

Question 1
What are Enbridge's 4 core values? Describe a time you took initiative?
The asked questions about engineering and pipelines and fluids. Also about their core values and my experience. A lot of personality questions. Also asked about my interests and future goals in the industry
It was a good interview process. The system they use is very easy to use but is different than anything that I've experienced during interviews for other employers. Overall it was a good learning experience.
