Encore Brand Management interview questions

Got a preliminary phone call, and was invited to the first round interview, which was basically a 10 minute conversation with the HR person. Didn't really get to talk much at all about myself, but was given a talk about the company. Second round was super easy. Was given another company pitch, and "potential for growth", but was basically a sales position.

It took 3 days for them to contact me and had a brief talk over the phone for 5 minutes and scheduled for an on-site interview. Interview was straight forward, very chill and easy process.
