It was a brief phone call. More to get you familiar with them than an actual interview. At the end I was never offered anything but I received a "welcome to the team email"

I was contacted on a Friday afternoon to interview the following Monday. Unfortunately I couldn't do that Mondayt, so I informed them that any other day and time would have been ok for me. They never replied. Is it serious a company that doesn't give you any decent notice to make an interview happen?
