Interview
In the first interview with a recruiter, discuss company structure and your expectations.
Second technical interview.
Firth interview is with the discipline lead, discuss the offer, their expectation, your salary review for the future year. After that, you have three days to accept or decline the offer.
Initial Screening or HR Round: Purpose: To check if the candidate's background, experience, and career goals align with the job requirements and company culture. Content: Discuss resume, work experience, salary expectations, role details, company details, etc. Technical Screening (often a coding test): Purpose: To gauge the candidate's basic coding and problem-solving abilities. Content: Coding exercises, often on platforms like HackerRank, Codility, or LeetCode. Typically, these are algorithmic or data structure-based questions.

Data Structures & Algorithms: Problems to test understanding and application of DS & Algos. Core Java Concepts: Questions on Java basics, OOP principles, Java Collections, Exceptions, Threads, etc. Java EE and Frameworks: If the role demands, questions might revolve around Spring, Hibernate, Web Services (REST, SOAP)

Interview
First round was with the HR, couple personal questions, salary expectations, nothing unusual. Second round was the tech round, it was quite easy, we mostly talked about my projects in the past and there were a couple questions about Java and Spring, but not really in depth.
