The interview process started out professionally but quickly became disorganized. Several rounds were scheduled with little notice, timelines kept shifting, and communication from the HR team was inconsistent at best. I often had to follow up multiple times just to confirm basic information or next steps.
After completing the full interview loop, I was verbally offered the role — only to have the offer rescinded later with unclear and conflicting explanations. There was no transparency, no accountability, and no meaningful conversation about what changed. For a company that publicly emphasizes integrity and ownership, the handling of this situation felt extremely misaligned with their stated values.
