• Severe lack of professionalism: My experience with the HR team was disorganized, inconsistent, and at times completely unresponsive. Communication around interviews, timelines, and next steps changed repeatedly or stopped altogether without explanation. • Unethical offer process: After extending an offer, the company pulled it back in a way that felt abrupt, poorly handled, and misaligned with their stated values. Instead of transparent conversation or partnership, the process felt evasive and dismissive. • Misalignment with stated values: They emphasize integrity, ownership, and building trust — but my interactions demonstrated the opposite. The handling of basic commitments and communication was careless and left a strong impression that these values are more marketing than reality. • Lack of accountability: When issues arose, no one took ownership or attempted to repair the experience. The silence and avoidance were incredibly unprofessional for a company of their size and aspirations.
